BASIC WATER MAINTENANCE

Maintaining clean, clear water in your PDC spa is quite simple. Follow the basic
directions below and suggest to your customer that they consider ozone as a sanitizing
agent to even further simplify water care. Keep this basic guide available for your
customers and teach them that maintaining clean, clear water is worry-free.
Maintaining clean, clear water in your PDC spa is quite simple. Follow the basic
directions below and suggest to your customer that they consider ozone as a sanitizing
agent to even further simplify water care. Keep this basic guide available for your
customers and teach them that maintaining clean, clear water is worry-free.

Water Test: Test with Aqua Check Test Strips according to instructions on container.

Alkalinity: Alkalinity Plus Add when alkalinity measures low.
  PH Down Add when alkalinity measures high.

* Note: Once alkalinity is established, it does not need to be adjusted again until the spa is drained and refilled. pH: PH Up Add when pH is low. PH Down Add when pH is high.

pH: PH Up Add when pH is low.
  PH Down Add when pH is high
* Note: PH Up and PH Down will help balance out the alkalinity.
Shock: Sani-Spa (Chlorine-Shock) For spas being sanitized with ozone. Add twice a week, 2         tablespoons per 500 gallons.
  Non-Chlorine Shock For spas being sanitized with bromine. Add 1½ oz., once a week,         per 500 gallons.

Bromine: To be used as a main source of sanitation or as a helper for ozone sanitized spas. Fill bromine dispenser and regulate with dial setting. Regulate amount of bromine according to test strips.

Spa Bright: (Stain & Scale Remover) Add 1 ounce for every 500 gallons once per week.

Clear Spa: (Water Clarifier) Add 1 ounce for every 500 gallons once per week.

Anti-Foam: Use minimal amount to dissipate foam.

Clean Filter: Allow to soak in a solution of Chlorox and water for 24 hours, rinse from inside out with a garden hose.

Clean Spa: Use a mild solution of Chlorox and water to wipe down spa and a non-scratch scrub pad for stubborn stains. Solution can me made with Chlorox or non-sudsing ammonia in a 5% Chlorox -95% water mixture.
